Let’s face it, none of us need MORE to do. Getting rid of anxiety while finding our peace and calm feels like such an huge task to take on so let’s keep it easy!

In my 25 plus years of being a therapist I have realized that many have a tendency to overthink our issues, the process, and the healing. That’s why I like to go back to some simple basics that help shift us away from the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that we don’t want toward the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we do want.

To start it’s important to ask yourself this question: Are you ready to feel better?

If you answered YES!, do yourself a favor and say it outloud. “YES!”

That simple action alone helps alert your subconscious that you are wanting something. You are wanting to feel better.

Next question: Are you willing to listen to some calming, anxiety shifting audio tracks a few times a week for the next month?

Again, if you answered YES!, do yourself a favor and say it outloud. “YES!”

If you aren’t ready yet, that’s ok too!

For those who are ready, I want us to shift into the state of Allowing rather than Forcing. We aren’t going to force your anxiety to go away. If anything, that would likely make it worse. Instead, our intention is to allow these audio tracks to wash over your body, mind, and soul, and allow whatever needs to happen to happen.

By answering YES to the previous questions, you have already started the healing process. Now ALLOW the audio tracks to do their job and trust your subconscious will do whatever it needs to do to help you feel better.

Just as you trust your body to heal itself when you have a cut, not forcing the healing to happen, but allowing the body to heal itself, perhaps you can also trust your body, mind, and soul to heal your anxiety and help you find a greater sense of calm and peace.

With that said, this isn’t a “cure” for anxiety. Sometimes we need just a little bit of the thing we find uncomfortable to remind us 1) we are human, and 2) how much more uncomfortable we could be, or have been in the past.

As a therapist with over 25 years of experience, I created these audio tracks for you with the intention for you to lay back and Allow the healing to wash over you. Using multiple healing techniques, just by listening to the tracks a few times during the week, you will begin to notice a difference within a few weeks.
